We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship our products directly to customers across the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that order processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Common Tails may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotion will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active or update after dispatch.

Some economy shipping services may provide limited tracking information.

Multiple Packages

If you purchase multiple products, your order may arrive in separate packages.

This can happen because different products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses.

If your order arrives in more than one package, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs, VAT & Import Charges

Some Common Tails products may be shipped from fulfillment locations outside the United Kingdom.

Depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping method, and applicable regulations, additional customs duties, import charges, or taxes may apply.

Where any such charges are the customer's responsibility, these will not be included in the product price or shipping charge unless explicitly stated at checkout.

We aim to provide clear information about applicable charges wherever possible.

Delivery Delays

Although we work with our fulfillment partners to provide reliable delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
